If you face any issue with login, notifications, or anything in the app, contact us or try the quick fixes below.

Login issues

Make sure the phone number format is correct.
Example: 05XXXXXXXX or 5XXXXXXXX or +9665XXXXXXXX
If OTP does not arrive, wait one minute and try resend.
Sometimes SMS providers delay.
If your device has no network or VPN causes issues, try another connection.

Notifications issues

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
Settings > Notifications > Ishar
Check Focus / Do Not Disturb does not block notifications.
If you changed your device, sign in again to refresh the device token.
